Windcare's Crane-less Technology
De-erection & Re-erection of the various parts of the WTG can be done either by using heavy duty sophisticated cranes or by our innovative Windcare Technology, a cost- effective patented technology which does not use heavy duty cranes. We do the same job by tailoring special lifting structures for each machine. Our team then assembles them on the nacelle and executes the erection and de-erection of the various components of the WTG.

We have indigenously designed and manufactured special Derrick Structures exclusively for De-erection and Re-erection of all wind turbine major components such as Blade, Blade Bearing, Gearbox, Generator, Rotor, Transformer, Mainbearing/shafting, and Unbalanced Rotor.
